Tenía que acabar pasando porque en España no todos somos tontos :

Mas o menos lo que viene a decir es lo siguiente : Tener enlaces a sitios de internet con Descargas Directas no es ilegal y no hay motivo para cerra la página. Ya no era ilegal tener enlaces de programa p2p y ahora tampoco lo es (sentencia firme) tenerlos a Megaupload o 4shared.

De hecho era algo todo el mundo, incluso el que "asó la manteca" sabiamos, decir dónde puedes encontrar algo no es ilegal.

Ahora a ver qué hacen y en qué nueva tontería se gastan el dinero del contribuyente, porque la censura en la red es algo que todos los gobiernos desean. Al final va a haber revuelta social en España, y si no al tiempo porque ya hemso empezado con la desobedeciencia civil y el "ball de bastons" (las hostias, vaya!).

Ours is "working" on a new media law... that would (initially) impose more strict editing policies (bordering on censorship) on online media. EVEN THE COMMENTS! (They already tried once) Just what? The outrage seems to made them rethink this, but still madness.

They are unable close the most vile Hungarian language hate site (because it's hosted in the USA) but they would take people right to write "politicians should fuck off" or "Az Orbánc egy csúnya betegség" ("Erysipelas is an ugly disease" and its name happens to rhyme with the name of our current Prime Minister).

COOL! With some rules lawyering jugging can be consider a weapon ability ... so maybe I should get those tech fan-s I have on my wish list for a long time (unluckily the closest shop that sells them seems to be in the Ukraine. )
